Customer Service - Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

EasyPower, a leading provider of power system modeling and analysis software, is looking for a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its Customer Service team. This position includes responsibilities that are both daily operational support activities as well as project-oriented work. We are looking for the right person who can do both. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Fulfill software, renewal, and upgrade orders
  • Process outbound shipments for software, book, and training orders
  • Process key replacements and manage returns
  • Creation of temporary and internal licenses
  • Answer phone calls
  • Respond and resolve customer issues, questions, and inquiries
  • Shipping and receiving packages
  • Provide backup for Customer Service Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
  • Provide support to other departments as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven admin or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint)

ADDITIONAL DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred
