Information About Lapsed Maintenance

Perpetual Licenses: 

If you have a perpetual license, you will not lose access to the software if you choose to allow maintenance to lapse. However, since we are constantly developing and adding new features to the software, please note that there are additional costs for renewing maintenance on a license that has lapsed. These costs include a 5% reinstatement fee, plus 7.5% per product version released since the product maintenance expiration date. Allowing premium maintenance to lapse will result in loss of points accrued. Fees are calculated as a percentage of total cost of the license.

Subscription Licenses: 

When a subscription license expires, access to the software is lost.
