This page describes our practices with respect to information we collect from you in connection with our website and the use and disclosure of such information. This document is part of our respective user agreements for web-based interfaces and is subject to all of its terms.
Websites and online companies (including those we link to, those who link to us, and those who provide us online services) have their own practices. In all cases, we encourage you to ask questions and to provide data only to sites whose practices you understand and trust.
Questions regarding this statement should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information
We collect personally identifiable information about you to the extent that you voluntarily submit such information to us, such as by registering for a free software demo, downloading informational materials, purchasing any of our products, being a software beta tester, filling out support or feedback forms, opting-in to receive email information/newsletter, or contacting us via email. The contact information that we collect may include one or more of the following: your name, email address, or credit card number. Users may be contacted for account issues or to respond to support queries. We use any financial information you provide solely to bill you and collect payment from you for purchases. If we receive personally identifiable information from you from a third party, such as a complaint about your behavior, we may collect that as well. Among other things, we use this information to communicate with you.
If you choose to post messages through any of our services, you will be disclosing whatever personal information you include in the postings, plus, at your option, your name and email address.
We collect and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Web site. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you and to gather general demographic information. We also collect your IP address and other information in server logs, which we use for marketing purposes, to maintain and improve the quality of our services and to monitor overall usage volume and activity. Our server logs usually expire and get deleted eventually, although we can't guarantee that every server log will be deleted permanently.
EasyPower respects the privacy of its readers. We do not disclose, distribute or rent our email lists or personal information to any third party, nor permit anyone else to do so. We only collect and hold your email address in order to send you information and to service our customer base. However, EasyPower does make available registrants who have expressly provided us with their permission to receive third party information and offers as part of their user profile.

Limits to our Abilities
Although your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing legal, regulatory and technical environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be unexpectedly disclosed to third parties; so you should not have an expectation of privacy in your account. Without limiting the foregoing, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries.
Deleting or Changing Your Personal Information
You can request that we change your marketing contact status in our database (and, as a result, not receive future marketing or sales communications) or change such information by emailing email@example.com Unfortunately, some information is stored in multiple databases; so we cannot always ensure that corrections or deletions will reach all databases.
You may opt-out of receiving future mailings, if any, except for mailings about your account by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also opt-out using the link at the end of any marketing email, such as our monthly newsletter.
Sharing of Data With Third Parties
We do not share personal data with third parties, except in specific cases where we are working with others for training or diagnosing customer issues. We do not share personal data for marketing purposes. When we have external presenters take part in our webinar program and attendees submit questions through the chat window, we forward the contact information to the presenter so they can answer them directly. We occasionally, as the need arises, provide only necessary personal data to third party contractors who are doing training on engineering consulting on our behalf.
