208 VAC Arc Flash Study - An Actual PowerStart Discussion
This Tuesday Refresher, presented by Jim Chastain, is the result of a recent PowerStart session where a new EasyPower user encountered issues with a 208 volt system. The discussion includes a process to detect missing or incomplete data and recommendations to address the low voltage/ low energy systems where NFPA 70E guidance is specifically vague. A very good webinar for new tool users in general.
For new customers, the PowerStart session is an hour long product orientation that helps EasyPower owners get up and running on their first project. By addressing most beginner type questions initially, the learning curve can be dramatically shortened. The goal is to provide a smooth transition and better utilization of EasyPower Tech Support where more in depth technical question can be addressed as needed.
